Why choose our service ?

Why choose our service ?

Using our comprehensive understanding of your imaging applications we can prepare your sample for imaging.

There are many considerations to make when preparing your sample, such as temperature controls and reagents used. If you’re not careful, you could end up causing embedding failure and even a waste of your valued sample. We are also equipped with high-performance workstations and professional analysis software to process your data generated by fMOST imaging.

Applicable Samples

One important step when undertaking fMOST imaging is to ensure that they are properly embedded in resin. Learning this process takes time. There are different dyes and types of resin to use for different sample types. We can help you select the correct type.

Multi-channel Imaging

Are you undertaking multi-channel imaging? If you can tell us your fluorescence information we will choose the light path wisely. There also are imaging solutions even if your sample is non-fluorescence labelled.

Red imaging channel

Fluorescent protein

mCherry, DsRed, mRuby, mScarlet, RFP

Fluorescent dyes

CY5, Texas Red, PI, Dylight594, TRITC

Green imaging channel

Fluorescent protein

GFP, EGFP, YFP, EYFP, Venus

Fluorescent dyes

Alexa Fluor 488, FITC

Blue imaging channel

Fluorescent protein

CFP, ECFP, BFP, EBFP

Fluorescent dyes

DAPI, Hoechst 33342, Hoechst 33258

Data Analysis

Once imaging is complete, you’ll be left with a huge dataset - around 5TB per mouse brain to process for your study. Our professional technicians have the correct analytical skills to understand the data to apply the analysis to your own research application.
